Assists store customers in donating, selecting, and purchasing store items; operates and maintains a cash register, responds to customer's questions; and maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the store displays; ensures the security of store items and the cash register
High School diploma or G.E.D. and experience working in a retail store preferred.
Knowledge of effective customer service techniques, Ability to meet attendance requirements. Ability to read, write and communicate the English language effectively. Ability to operate a cash register, perform routing mathematical computations and count change. Ability to perform continuous walking, stoopin, standing, and some climbing. Moderate physical effort required associated with carrying light to heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.)
