The Customer Service Representative is the primary contact for customers, responsible for sales transactions, stocking, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety.
• Must be at least 18 years old to sell tobacco, lottery, and alcohol products.
• Full-time or part-time position reporting to the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Requires proficiency in English.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds, extended standing, climbing, reaching, and visual and auditory tasks.
• Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with product location, upselling, handling transactions, following legal sale laws, promoting loyalty programs, monitoring store security, stocking shelves, maintaining sanitation, adhering to safety and security protocols, reporting incidents, completing shift reports, and other duties as assigned.
