Store Co-Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated, career-driven individual to join our team as a Grocery Co-Manager Trainee. We are taking resumes and in store applications for this position. Please see the Store Manager at the store (in person). Please, no phone calls.

Grocery Co-Manager Trainee-

Key Responsibilites:

*Learn and execute daily store operations including inventory control, ordering, merchandising, and a motivated, productive staff

*Support department heads and store leadership in driving sales, ensuring proper merchandising, maintaining store standards, and superior customer service

*Foster a positive and productive work environment by building rapport with team members and leading by example

*Learn and implement company policies, safety procedures, and operational best practices

*Analyze sales and performance data to help identify opportunities for improvement

Applicants must be able to work anytime 6 am - 10 pm and available on most weekends and holidays.

Applicants must fill out a pre-employment background check form at the store to be considered for an interview. A pre-employment drug screening is required following the interview, paid for by the company.
