Store General Manager - Quick Service Restaurant

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead the daily operations of a high-volume Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) / Fast Casual Sandwich concept in Broomfield, CO. The ideal candidate is a hands-on restaurant leader who can drive sales, maintain operational excellence, develop a strong team, and consistently deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $26.00–$27.00 per hour
• Schedule: Approximately 45–50 hours per week
• Location: Broomfield, CO 80020

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Drive sales, profitability, and overall restaurant performance.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop restaurant team members and managers.
• Create and maintain a positive, accountable, and high-performance team culture.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a consistently positive guest experience.
• Manage labor, scheduling, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Maintain operational standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and service.
• Monitor key performance indicators and take action to improve restaurant results.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health department regulations, and food safety standards.
• Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
• Manage staffing levels and ensure the restaurant is properly staffed during peak periods.
• Resolve customer and employee concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Lead by example with a hands-on approach during busy operating periods.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Restaurant Manager.
• QSR, Fast Casual, or high-volume restaurant experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in a sandwich, deli, counter-service, or similar fast-paced restaurant concept is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a restaurant team.
• Strong understanding of labor management, food costs, inventory, and restaurant P&L.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales and operational goals.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
• Must be comfortable working approximately 45–50 hours per week, including weekends and varying shifts as needed.
• ServSafe or other food-safety certification is a plus.
