As a Store Lead, you’ll work directly alongside the Store Manager to help lead the team, develop Shift Leads, drive results, and create the kind of culture people actually want to be part of.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Supporting the Store Manager in day-to-day operations
• Leading shifts and helping keep the store running smoothly
• Coaching and developing Shift Leads and Baristas
• Helping maintain a positive, high-performance culture
• Assisting with scheduling, training, and team development
• Providing feedback and helping hold team members accountable
• Leading by example through great customer service and work ethic
• Jumping in wherever needed during busy rushes
