Job Title: Store Maintenance Specialist
Duration: 3–6 Month Contract (Potential Temp-to-Perm Opportunity)
Schedule: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Location of assignment: NYC, NY , 10018
Pay Rate: $35/hr – $37/hr (W2)We are seeking a detail-oriented **Store Maintenance Specialist** to support the day-to-day review and management of retail store maintenance tickets. This role will work closely with internal partners to prioritize maintenance requests, track escalations, analyze maintenance data, and help ensure timely resolution of field issues while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Review and analyze store maintenance tickets and support prioritization efforts.
- Follow up daily on field escalations and maintenance-related issues.
- Monitor maintenance records and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Support reporting, presentations, and data analysis related to store maintenance operations.
- Ensure maintenance requests are completed accurately and within expected timelines.
Required Skills- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Data analysis and reporting experience
- PowerPoint presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
Preferred Qualifications- Retail store operations experience
- Facilities or maintenance coordination experience
- Experience managing service tickets, work orders, or field escalations
