Store Manager $16-28/h

Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking a dependable, motivated, and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Columbus, OH in the North Market. We are looking for a strong, hands-on leader with quick-service restaurant or food service experience who can support daily store operations, lead and develop team members, and help create an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate:

• $16.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on experience

Shift/Hours:

• Full-Time
• Flexible schedule required, including opening and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
• 1st Shift: 10:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Evening Shift: 3:30 PM–9:00 PM
• Sunday: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM

Requirements:

• Previous Assistant Store Manager, Restaurant Manager, Shift Manager, or Quick-Service Management experience preferred
• Quick-service or food service experience highly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to lead by example and work alongside the team in a hands-on environment
• Experience training, coaching, and developing employees
• Must have reliable transportation for daily product pickups and deliveries
• Ability to follow and enforce company policies and standard operating procedures
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Must successfully pass any required background screening and pre-employment requirements

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day operations of the store
• Lead, motivate, train, and support team members to maintain a strong and positive work environment
• Provide excellent customer service and help ensure a positive guest experience
• Support food safety, cleanliness, quality, and sanitation standards
• Help monitor daily sales, productivity, and overall store performance
• Complete daily product pickups and deliveries from the Central Kitchen as needed
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching team members
• Help enforce company SOPs and ensure operational consistency
• Monitor inventory and ensure the store is properly stocked
• Assist with opening and closing the store and ensure all procedures are completed correctly
• Step in and support team members with daily tasks during busy periods
• Serve as a leader on the floor and provide support when needed
• Help resolve customer concerns and employee issues professionally and efficiently
