The store manager will represent the brand by being a dynamic and inspiring leader possessing a strong background in business management, sales and relationship building skills. Build standard operating procedures with corporate partners and ensure the team is aware of and following set policies.
Cultivate a culture of selling by achieving sales plan through means of efficient planning, execution, business analysis and streamlining store processes.
Develop the Business
Use your entrepreneurial spirit to proactively seek out marketing opportunities within the community to increase brand awareness and store exposure.
Develop business strategies to increase client book sales, increase store traffic and optimize profitability.
Frequently use visual merchandising tactics to create newness on the sales floor and in the store windows.
