We are seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage inventory at multiple convenience stores in New England.
During training, the role involves traveling within the North District to support store management and staff development, with the goal of becoming station-based.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, implementing sales strategies, managing finances, maintaining safety and compliance, and using POS systems effectively.
Requirements include being at least 21, possessing a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel within a 55-mile radius. Flexibility to work in a kitchen environment is also needed.
