Position Summary:


We’re seeking an energetic and experienced Store Manager to lead our ZIPS Dry Cleaners location. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for customer service, team development, and operational excellence.


You’ll oversee all aspects of store operations—including customer satisfaction, employee management, dry cleaning and laundry production, financial performance, and compliance with ZIPS standards.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Manage daily operations including production, customer service, cash handling, and inventory control.

  • Monitor store performance metrics and drive sales and profitability.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.

  • Handle scheduling, staffing, and performance management.

  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or operations management (dry cleaning experience a plus).

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.

  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.

  • Basic financial acumen and familiarity with POS systems.

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends.
