We are looking for a Store Manager to supervise daily operations in our retail store front. As a Store Manager, we expect you to coordinate and manage crew members and products according to food safety standards and company set expectations.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing crew members and coordinating orders
2. Supervising fruit preparations, ice desserts, and hot dessert preparations
3. Checking product quality and taste
4. Managing ingredient inventory
5. Training new staff
6. Managing schedules for all crew members
7. Working with Operations manager to ensure flow of goods from the central kitchen in Seattle.
8. Tracking store finances to identify areas of potential waste/labor issues
9. Monitor and follow cleaning standards for the store and verify that staff are maintaining sanitation protocols
10. Executing the POS and all of its functions
11. Overall communication with Operations Manager and Kitchen Manager
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Strong background in the food & beverage industry and retail experience
2. Strong leadership skills
3. Interpersonal skills
4. Attention to detail
5. Financial understanding
6. Physical stamina to withstand an entire shift potentially on your feet
7. Preferably to have experience in the field of ice desserts/beverages
8. Strong background in POS systems and inventory management
