Job Summary
The Retail Store Manager plans, directs, and coordinates the daily operations of their assigned retail store. They drive sales by helping staff understand quotas and goals and coaching and motivating them to achieve those goals. The Store Manager supports Goodwills Mission by efficiently generating the revenue that funds the various programs offered to the communities we serve.

Supervisory Duties
Directly supervises store personnel. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, performance management, coaching, and resolving employee complaints and issues in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required. Proven experience in retail management, including leading store operations, supervising teams, and achieving sales and operational goals preferred.
