Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of a self-storage facility
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and prospective customers
  • Handle leasing, rentals, collections, and account management
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations
  • Ensure the property is clean, secure, and well-maintained
  • Perform light maintenance and operational tasks as needed
  • Support a team-oriented, performance-driven environment

Qualifications

Preferred:

  • 1+ year of property management, retail, or customer service experience
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Basic computer skills (email, systems, reporting tools)

Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Perform general maintenance tasks
  • Lift and move up to 40 lbs
