Why Join Us?- Comprehensive Benefits - Eligible to enroll in medical, dental, vision at affordable rates- Supplemental Benefits - Eligible to enroll in life insurance, Short- & Long-Term Disability, Critical Illness Insurance, Accident Insurance, Death and Dismemberment Insurance, and Hospital Indemnity Insurance- Retirement Savings - 401(k) with company match- Paid Time Off - Holidays, sick time, vacation, and special "Happy Days" for life events available day one- Employee Discounts - Save on company products- Career Growth - Opportunities for skill development and advancementWhat You'll Do:- Manage stock orders, inventory levels, and place orders while ensuring store compliance with company policies and laws- Supervise team members to follow procedures, promptly report and investigate incidents, and assist with sales calls and visits- Collaborate with manufacturers' reps for product information and ensure maintenance of tools and equipment- Set sales goals based on store budgets, manage pricing in line with company policies and competitors, and report financial data to Corporate- Conduct inventory reconciliations, analyze financial statements, and assess store performance- Lead by example, maintain performance standards, and handle hiring, onboarding, and employee records- Implement and document disciplinary actions, train and motivate staff, and resolve conflicts- Oversee payroll, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and ensure adherence to safety regulations (Pomp's, OSHA, DOT)- Manage safety equipment distribution and training programs- Perform other duties as needed What You Need:- Valid Driver's License and ability to pass pre-employment driver's file- High School Diploma or equivalent required- TIA/Bandag certification as appropriate, or willingness to obtain- Minimum of 2 years of management experience required- 5 years of experience in tire sales and services preferred- Strong ability to maintain confidentiality of personal and business information- Familiarity with MaddenCo software system is a plus- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external customers and co-workers- Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 pounds regularly; occasionally lift, push, or move 100 pounds Don't let your career stall-put it in drive with Pomp's Tire Service!
