Store Manager

Super Smokes LLC is looking for an experienced, dependable, and customer-focused Store Manager to join our team in Colorado Springs.

We’re looking for someone who has experience in retail sales, customer service, and store management and who can take initiative, lead by example, and help create a welcoming experience for every customer.

The ideal candidate is professional, responsible, motivated by sales, and comfortable working independently while managing the day-to-day operations of the store.

Responsibilities

● Manage daily store operations and ensure the store runs smoothly

● Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers

● Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products

● Open and/or close the store according to company procedures

● Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment

● Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash-handling procedures

● Monitor inventory and help with receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise

● Help track inventory levels and communicate restocking needs

● Train, support, and motivate employees

● Maintain company policies and procedures

● Address customer questions or concerns professionally

● Help meet daily and monthly sales goals

● Ensure products and displays are organized and presented properly

● Maintain a professional and positive work environment

Qualifications

● Previous retail sales and store management experience preferred

● Strong customer-service and communication skills

● Proven ability to sell products and increase sales

● Reliable and dependable

● Strong leadership and organizational skills

● Comfortable handling cash and completing transactions accurately

● Able to work independently and make responsible decisions

● Professional appearance and positive attitude

● Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment

● Must be at least 18 years old

● Previous experience in a specialty retail environment is a plus
