Seeking a Store Manager in Conroe, TX with flexible shifts.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED preferred, retail experience, computer skills for report analysis, inventory and cash control, and a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities involve recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising staff; maintaining site cleanliness, organization, and safety; developing positive relationships with suppliers and customers; and managing store operations.
Additional duties include performance evaluations, employee training, communication, organizing reports and merchandise, analyzing sales and expenses, and ensuring compliance with safety and employment policies.
Work is mainly indoors but may require outdoor tasks, with exposure to temperature extremes and noise. Candidate must work independently and demonstrate leadership skills.
