The Role
The Maison Leader is the conductor of our house. You are a "working" leader, expected to live on the floor and orchestrate the energy of the Atelier. You are the guardian of our standards, the mentor to our Artisans, and the face of the Mash experience. This role requires a rare blend of a sharp business palate, a steady hand for craft, and an open heart for hospitality.
