Are you ready to lead a high-performing team in flooring sales and installation services? Lumber Liquidators is looking for a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive revenue, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
What Youll Do:
Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, inventory control, order processing, and HR functions
Coach, develop, and lead your team to achieve sales goals and operational excellence
Resolve customer issues while ensuring a safe, organized, and welcoming store
Maintain store appearance and compliance with company policies
Generate operational reports and monitor profitability and performance metrics
