The Store Manager is responsible for the daily operations, financial performance, team leadership, and elevated guest experience of a LaMar's Donuts and Coffee location. This is a working manager role that actively participates in guest service, beverage and food production, and team support during peak periods. Because the Store Manager regularly performs the same duties as tipped employees, this role is eligible to earn tips while on the clock when engaged in direct customer service.
