Founding Store Manager – Scooter’s Coffee (Eureka, MO)

We are thrilled to bring a locally owned and operated Scooter’s Coffee to Eureka at 350 S. Central Ave, and we are looking for a dynamic, people-first leader to launch it with us from the ground up!

Because this is a brand-new store, you won’t just be stepping into an established routine—you will help shape the heart and hustle of our drive-thru. As a founding Store Manager, you will lead the charge in hiring and coaching a brand-new team of baristas, driving grassroots local marketing, and making our store a beloved morning stop for our Eureka neighbors, schools, commuters, and community partners. You will work directly with engaged local owners who are invested in your success, your team, and your long-term growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Build & Inspire Your Crew: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-energy barista team dedicated to Scooter’s core values (Integrity, Love, Humility, Courage).
• Run Flawless Shifts: Lead the drive-thru floor during peak morning rushes, ensuring rapid ticket times, food safety, and beverage consistency.
• Drive the Business: Manage labor schedules, inventory, cash handling, and local grassroots marketing to hit store sales targets.
• Set the Standard: Maintain pristine equipment, clean store aesthetics, and a welcoming community atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Strong operational stamina: comfortable coaching on your feet during busy morning rushes.
• Proven track record of team building, scheduling, and inventory/P&L accountability.
• Ability to travel to Dallas, TX for 2 weeks of fully paid corporate leadership training upon hire.
• High-energy, positive communicator who loves engaging with the Eureka community.
