About the Role
Store Managers are responsible for overseeing all daily operations and leading their teams to success. This includes staffing, training, and performance development, as well as managing inventory, profitability, and guest satisfaction. Managers are expected to be cross-trained in all areas of store operations - from preparing smoothies and veggie juices to serving our delicious Crush Juices - to ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency across every shift. You'll set the tone for the store's culture, creating an environment that's positive, productive, and aligned with Green Crush's values of love, unity, and passion. Managers must lead by example, ensuring their team follows all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all daily store operations, including inventory control and daily bank deposits.
• Hire, train, and develop team members while ensuring high performance and accountability.
• Provide ongoing coaching, support, and feedback to build a motivated, customer-focused team.
• Maintain open communication with HR regarding employee relations, performance, and payroll.
• Manage scheduling, timecards, and attendance for a team of 10-15 employees.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, food safety, and operational standards.
• Monitor sales, control costs, and implement strategies to optimize store profitability.
• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and fostering a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Attend required meetings and contribute to operational improvements and company initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business goals.

Qualifications
• Valid Food Handler's Card (within 30 days of hire).
• Proven leadership and management experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Dependable, proactive, and able to motivate others effectively.
• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
• Experience with cash handling and daily reconciliations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; management coursework or certification preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts. Must be able to lift, reach, and carry items as required for daily operations.
