Job Overview:

The Retail Store Manager is responsible for the overall performance and success of the location. This role will lead and develop the team, drive revenue growth, oversee daily operations, and ensure an exceptional customer experience across our hot tubs, pools, swim spas, saunas, and other premium products.

Pay Rate: $60,000 /Base Salary

Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day sales, service, and operational activities of the Medford location.
• Drive revenue growth by establishing goals, monitoring results, and identifying opportunities to improve performance.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop Sales and Service team members.
• Hold team members accountable to company standards, performance expectations, policies, and procedures.
• Develop residential and commercial business opportunities to support continued growth.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), sales results, reporting, and P&L performance.
• Develop and execute strategies to address performance opportunities and achieve business goals.
• Ensure consistent execution of company sales and operational processes.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and oversee product replenishment based on business and sales needs.
• Maintain showroom merchandising and presentation standards.
• Execute floor sets and coordinate off-site shows and events.
• Foster a positive, customer-focused, results-driven, and safety-conscious work environment.
• Work indoors and outdoors as needed, including in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of management experience.
• 5+ years of sales and customer service experience.
• Strong sales and business acumen with the ability to analyze performance and drive results.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel out of town as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Hot tub and/or pool industry experience is a plus.
• Mechanical, plumbing, and/or electrical knowledge is a plus.
