Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations and motivate your team
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and inventory
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Train, coach, and support staff development
- Work alongside your team on the floor
- Help maintain P&L awareness and cost control

Requirements:
- Experience in customer service & staff management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be available for daytime and weekend shifts
