We are hiring a full-time Store Manager in Training (MIT) for our new bakery in Minneapolis, MN. This role is ideal for hospitality-focused individuals eager to grow in a fast-expanding, nationally recognized company.
As an MIT, you'll act as Manager-on-Duty, supervise and train team members, lead onboarding, conduct interviews, support inventory and scheduling, and ensure high standards of customer service and store operations.
Requirements include at least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or food service, POS system knowledge, and the ability to work 4-5 days including evenings (Thurs-Sun). Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
