Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
• Ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and atmosphere exceed expectations.
• Monitor labor and food costs to ensure efficient operations.
• Train and develop team members on restaurant procedures and systems.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly.
• Assist with local marketing efforts to attract new guests.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant management experience required.
• Must be MTRA certified and ServSafe® certifiable.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards.
• Reliable transportation required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
