Start Date: August 24th, 2026

Salary: $70,000 base + bonuses

Incentives: Performance-based bonuses tied to business results

The Role

This is a flagship opening. We are seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead daily operations, build a high-performing team, and steward a beloved brand through its most important seasons. You will own the store as if it were your own—because in every way that matters, it will be.

What You’ll Own

• Full responsibility for day-to-day store operations
• Hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of staff
• Labor and food cost control aligned with company benchmarks
• Execution of Honey Baked Ham brand standards and service excellence
• Inventory management, ordering, and vendor coordination
• Health department compliance and audit readiness
• Leadership during peak holiday seasons (Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
• Development of a Shift Supervisor into a GM-in-training

Who You Are

• 3–5+ years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant GM in QSR, fast-casual, or high-volume retail food
• Proven ability to lead teams through high-pressure, high-volume periods
• Comfortable owning numbers: labor %, food cost, sales, and KPIs
• Calm, confident, and people-forward—firm but fair
• Organized, accountable, and systems-minded

Compensation & Benefits
