Key Responsibilities
Lead, recruit, train, and develop a high-performing store team.
Deliver an elevated client experience and foster long-term customer relationships.
Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs and business objectives.
Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including inventory, scheduling, and visual presentation.
Ensure brand standards are upheld across every customer touchpoint.
Support all pre-opening activities and contribute to a successful store launch.

Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience managing a luxury or premium fashion boutique.
Proven track record of driving sales and leading successful teams.
Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills.

Previous store opening experience is a plus.
