Store Manager

Kolache Factory is looking for an energetic and dependable Store Manager to join our team!

At Kolache Factory, we're more than a bakery-we're a family-owned business with 40+ years of history and 60 locations nationwide. We're looking for a hands-on leader who can keep a busy bakery running smoothly while delivering the friendly service and high-quality products our guests have come to love.

About the Position

This is a high-volume, fast-paced store that requires an energetic leader who can stay organized, make quick decisions, and keep the team motivated. Our Store Manager must be comfortable with very early morning hours, including a 3:00 AM start time.

You will oversee the daily operation of the bakery, including:

• Team leadership and supervision
• Bakery preparation and production
• Customer service and guest relations
• Employee scheduling, training, and development
• Recruiting and team building
• Inventory and food cost management
• Payroll review and approval
• Daily paperwork, audits, and deposits
• Financial accountability
• Store cleanliness and maintenance
• Resolving escalated customer concerns
• Ensuring coffee, beverages, bakery shelves, and supplies are fully stocked
• Ensuring company standards and procedures are consistently followed
• Taking and fulfilling customer orders when needed

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, high-energy leader who enjoys working with people and isn't afraid to jump in and help wherever needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be available to work early morning hours, including 3:00 AM starts
• 5+ years of retail, customer service, restaurant, bakery, or related management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Dependable and punctual
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
• Ability to perform some heavy lifting
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a PLUS!
• A passion for quality food and excellent customer service
