Management 101, 102, Advanced ManagementKey Responsibilities Understand completely all company policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programsEnsure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all timesRespond to & resolve customer complaints accordingly - Coordinate with Regional Manager of customer conflict resolutionsEnsure that all food and beverages are consistently prepared and served according to the store's recipe and par level standardsEnsure that all drinks are made correctly and according to PJ's Brand StandardsAchieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environmentEnsure Management team is maintaining a positive and fun work environmentEnsure labor percentage standard (set by Regional Manager) is being metEnsure sales goals (set by Regional Manager) are being metEnsure the proper appearance & cleanliness of facility standards are being metControl cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and proceduresEnsure cash drawers are being properly opened, closed, and reconciledComplete daily cash deposits & properly record by standard set forth by Regional ManagerFill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operationsEnsure that all new employees are trained according to the company's training guidelines - HIRING is NOT an expectation of this positionEnsure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following PJ's preventative maintenance programsOversee & coordinate all equipment repairs and maintenanceFully understand and comply with all federal, state, county, and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety, and labor requirements of the store, employees, and guestsEnsure the passing of regular Health Inspection by local health department and ensure health codes are being followedPrepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules in an organized and timely mannerComplete employee schedulingRecruit, Hire, & train a high performing teamCoordinate inventory control and orderingEnsure that all products are received in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with the store's receiving policies and proceduresConduct monthly inventory count.
