This job was posted by https://illinoisjoblink.illinois.gov : For more information, please see: https://illinoisjoblink.illinois.gov/jobs/13538373 **Responsibilities:** - Manage daily store operations and ensure exceptional customer service - Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members - Create and manage employee schedules to ensure proper staffing coverage - Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally - Monitor store performance, productivity, and operational compliance - Oversee shipping, packaging, printing, copying, faxing, scanning, mailbox services, notarization, and other business services - Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed - Ensure accuracy in cash handling and daily financial procedures - Support local marketing and business development initiatives - Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment **Qualifications:** - Previous management or supervisory experience preferred - Strong customer service and communication skills - Ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities - Proficiency with computers and basic business software - Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds - Must be eligible to become an Illinois Notary Public and maintain an active notary commission as a condition of employment - Reliable transportation and dependable attendance **Schedule Requirements:** - The store operates seven days a week. - Managers are expected to maintain a flexible but consistent schedule. - Must be available to work opening, mid-day, and closing shifts, as well as weekdays and weekends, based on business needs. - Managers are responsible for ensuring adequate staffing coverage through effective scheduling and utilization of employee availability. - While managers are not expected to work seven days per week, additional hours may be required to address staffing shortages, call-offs, or other operational needs. - In emergency situations, managers are expected to report to work and provide leadership to maintain store operations. **Who We\'re Looking For:**\ We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
