Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the store, including customer service, sales, inventory management, and staffing.
• Develop and implement store policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance and devise strategies to increase revenue.
• Ensure that the store is well-stocked and properly merchandised.
• Monitor and manage store expenses, including payroll and inventory costs.
• Recruit, train, and manage store staff, ensuring that they are knowledgeable and able to provide exceptional customer service.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Monitor store security and safety systems.
