    Who You Are:

    As a Lovesac Outlet Store Manager, you are energized by owning results through exceptional customer experiences, strong operational execution, and a relentless focus on business performance. You lead from the floor, balancing sales leadership and loving our customers with the complexities of inventory flow, fulfillment, and ever-changing product availability.

    You thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where priorities shift, inventory moves quickly, and no two days look the same. With curiosity, agility, and a solutions-oriented mindset, you navigate change with confidence, helping your team adapt while maintaining a safe, organized, and customer-ready store.

    You build strong partnerships, develop high-performing teams, and create a culture grounded in accountability, trust, and teamwork. Whether coaching Associates, managing ever-evolving inventory, or capitalizing on unique outlet opportunities, you lead with composure, embrace continuous improvement, and deliver results the right way-because we all win together.

    What You'll Do:

    Sales & Customer Experience Leadership

    • Lead from the floor with energy and optimism, actively selling while coaching the team to maximize every customer opportunity, maintain a healthy quote pipeline, drive conversion across both on hand and order-based assortment, and maintain a healthy quote pipeline.
    • Own the full customer journey with curiosity and adaptability, creating a seamless experience from discovery to pick up, while holding the team accountable for exceptional service, strong conversion, and lasting customer relationships.
    • Model expert product knowledge while fostering a fun, engaging environment, helping customers navigate changing assortments, limited-quantity opportunities, and value-driven solutions while delivering engaging brand experiences and actively closing business.
    • Drive long-term impact, both sales growth and inventory productivity by building genuine customer connections, creating urgency around outlet opportunities, generating repeat business, and brand advocacy.
    • Run the business with confidence and agility, owning P&L performance through strong decision-making, disciplined execution, and a willingness to navigate ambiguity to deliver results, meeting and exceeding your goals and KPIs.

    People & Culture Leadership

    • Set the vision and lead a high-performing team that thrives in a fast-paced outlet environment building a people-first culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, adaptability, and growth.
    • Cultivate an inclusive, respectful environment where belonging is real, diverse perspectives are valued, and everyone can do their best work.
    • Own talent outcomes end-to-end, recruiting, developing, coaching, and retaining top-performing associates while building a strong bench that can confidently navigate changing inventory, evolving priorities, and high-volume business demands.
    • Actively drive brand awareness and build a strong bench through ongoing outreach, relationship-building, and community networking
    • Proactively identify people issues early and handle them with care, provide in the moment coaching , pulling in partners at the appropriate time, and keeping the team experience positive, respectful, and high-performing.

    Operational Excellence

    • Lead a high-performing operation by balancing scheduling, merchandising, inventory flow, fulfillment, shipments, and technology-creating the conditions for remarkable customer experiences and strong business results.
    • Own inventory accuracy and product flow, ensuring merchandise is received, processed, stored, and moved efficiently to maximize availability, sell-through, and profitability.
    • Drive safe, organized, and customer-ready shipment and inventory operations, adapting to changing inventory volumes and business needs while maintaining operational excellence.
    • Partner closely with Retail Operations, Supply Chain, and Inventory Planning teams to solve challenges, identify opportunities, and optimize inventory performance through strong execution and collaboration.
    • Bring the Lovesac brand to life through compelling visual merchandising, signage, and in-store presentation, ensuring customers can easily navigate changing inventory while discovering products, promotions, and outlet-specific opportunities.
    • Embrace change with curiosity and agility, leading new initiatives, special projects, and continuous improvements that help the store, team, and business grow.
