Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and professional Store Manager to join the team at our busy store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently. You will hire, train, and supervise staff, schedule shifts, and implement operational processes that attract and retain guests. Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and lead employees

Qualifications
- Three years of previous retail management (Manager or Assistant Manager) is preferred
- Previous sales experience with the proven ability to meet or exceed performance standards
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent team building and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, or relevant field is preferred
