Store Manager

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years of relevant restaurant management experience
• High school diploma
• High level of integrity, humility, honesty, and dependability
• Ability to handle difficult interpersonal interactions well
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to grow and learn

Nice-to-haves:

• Bachelor's degree
• Serve Safe certified
• 5+ years of restaurant experience

Key Job Requirements

• Provide great customer service and leadership with a friendly but focused mindset.
• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant including opening and closing functions.
• Ensure that the restaurant’s policies and procedures are being followed.
• Ensure all food safety procedures are being followed.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members.
• Lead by example through hands-on performance of any job as needed.
• Post invoices, order supplies, and help take weekly inventory.
• Coordinate team positioning for each shift and give input on weekly scheduling.
• Be a team builder and reduce stress through calm energy and hard work.
