Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations during shifts, ensuring quality, service, and atmosphere meet or exceed expectations.
• Train and develop shift leads and crew members on product knowledge, food safety, and customer service.
• Assist in executing the restaurant’s business plan and optimizing sales and profits through effective planning.

Essential Qualifications

• 1-3 years of leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant, preferably in quick service.
• Strong customer focus with excellent hospitality skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop a highly skilled team.
