Summary:
As a Store Manager at Lacoste, you will be the driving force behind our store's operations, sales, and team management. You will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations ensuring the store meets or exceeds sales goals, maintaining excellent customer service standards, managing inventory, and leading a team of motivated and customer-focused associates. With 3-5 years of retail management experience, you will bring expertise, insight, and proven strategies to achieve business objectives, maintain high customer service standards, and foster a thriving team environment.
