A premium contemporary fashion brand is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead its Pacific Palisades store. This role is ideal for a leader who brings strong retail management experience, a high-touch client approach, and the ability to drive both business results and team performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the commercial, operational, and cultural performance of the storeInspire, coach, and develop a high-performing teamCreate an exceptional client experience that builds loyalty and repeat businessBuild and maintain a personal client book, including VIP and repeat customersDrive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and monitor store KPIsChampion CRM and clienteling strategies to strengthen customer retentionIdentify opportunities for local partnerships, community activations, and brand awarenessMaintain strong visual merchandising and brand presentation standardsOversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory, receiving, loss prevention, and back-of-house organizationManage scheduling, payroll oversight, and labor efficiencyServe as the primary point of contact between the store and corporate leadershipQualifications5 to 10 years of retail management experience within high-end, contemporary, or luxury fashionBoutique or single-door experience strongly preferredStrong background in client development and personal book buildingExperience using CRM platformsStrong leadership, financial, and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of designer and contemporary brands and current market trendsProven ability to develop and retain talentTitle: Retail Store ManagerEmployment Status: Full TimeReports To: Head of Global SalesThis employer provides equal opportunity to all applicants and employees without regard to any protected status under applicable law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
