Store Manager
Premier Rental-Purchase • Toledo, OH• Full-Time
Ready to run your own store? As a Store Manager at Premier Rental-Purchase, you'll own it all — driving sales and profitability, leading your team, and delivering a great customer experience. In your first 90 days you'll take command of operations, know your numbers, and set the pace for your store.
PAY & SCHEDULE
Pay: $45,000–$50,000/year
Schedule: Mon–Sat, day shift
Pay day: Bi-weekly
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Own daily store operations, sales, and profitability.
• Lead, coach, and develop your team.
• Manage cash, inventory, and company property.
• Grow revenue and keep accounts on track, including non-renewals.
• Recruit, hire, and train your staff.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• DOT certification (or willing to earn one, if your state requires it).
• Six months of rent-to-own management experience (or similar).
A plus (not required): a track record of growing a store or team.
