uBreakiFix by Asurion is looking for motivated, hands-on Store Managers to join our growing team.


We are looking for leaders who know how to manage people, drive sales, create accountability, and run a strong daily operation. This is not a position where you manage from an office. Our Store Managers are actively involved with their teams, customers, sales, repairs, inventory, and day-to-day execution.

Compensation


$48,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, leadership ability, and demonstrated ability to manage store performance.


What You’ll Do


As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the overall performance of your location, including:

• Lead, coach, train, and develop technicians and customer-facing team members
• Set daily priorities and conduct team huddles
• Drive store sales, profitability, and KPI performance
• Coach employees on sales opportunities, including protection products, services, and accessories
• Monitor store performance and develop action plans when results fall below expectations
• Ensure customers receive a professional, consistent experience from check-in through pickup
• Manage repair workflow and ensure customer devices are completed within expected turnaround times
• Review open Work Orders and ensure customers receive timely updates
• Maintain strong Front of House and Back of House processes
• Ensure technicians follow required repair, testing, and quality-control procedures
• Manage inventory, parts, BuyBacks, RMAs, shipping, and receiving
• Reduce preventable inventory loss, chargebacks, and operational errors
• Ensure the store remains clean, organized, secure, and customer-ready
• Manage employee attendance, performance, training, and accountability
• Ensure new employees are properly trained before working independently
• Maintain compliance with uBreakiFix, Asurion, Samsung, and other partner requirements
• Respond quickly to customer escalations and operational concerns
• Communicate regularly with District Management and Ownership

Preferred Experience


Previous experience in retail management, wireless/cellular sales, electronics repair, consumer electronics, store operations, sales management, customer service management, or inventory management is preferred.


Electronics repair experience is helpful, but strong leadership, sales ability, and operational management experience are equally important.

A successful Store Manager knows what is happening in their store.


You should know what came in, what was completed, what remains open, why it remains open, and what needs to happen next.


You will be responsible for developing a team that consistently delivers strong sales performance, excellent customer service, quality repairs, accurate Work Orders, timely customer communication, strong customer reviews, accurate inventory, and consistent execution of company processes.
