Title: Store Manager, eCommerce (Contract)
Location: Philadelphia, PA (123 South Broad Street, 26th Floor)
Schedule: On-site Monday through Thursday (required in office 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM), Friday WFH; standard business hours approximately 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Pay: $25/hr on W2


Overview
Looking for Ecomm Store Mgr to support the day-to-day operations of artist and label online stores. This individual will join a team of 5-6 Store Managers supporting the **Interscope and Capitol label rosters**, managing the backend operations of approximately 60 artist storefronts.
The team is looking for someone who can execute product launches, maintain storefronts, support merchandising initiatives, monitor inventory, coordinate with multiple business partners, and keep projects moving in a fast-paced environment.

**While Shopify Plus is highly preferred, the hiring manager is also open to candidates with strong retail storefront operations experience, particularly those who have supported omnichannel retail, product launches, inventory management, merchandising, or ecommerce initiatives.**

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Support daily operations for approximately 60 ecommerce storefronts
Assist Senior Store Managers with artist and label stores
Execute product and store launches
Update product information, pricing, images, and descriptions
Maintain storefronts and backend systems
Coordinate promotions and sales events
Monitor inventory and restocks
Partner with fulfillment and logistics teams
Support third-party integrations
Analyze sales and inventory reports
Recommend merchandising improvements
Troubleshoot operational issues
Support digital music releases
Communicate operational updates with customer service

Hiring Manager's Top Priorities
1. Ecommerce or Retail Store Operations Experience
The hiring manager is flexible on industry background and is interested in candidates from either:
