Job Title: Store MerchandiserLocation: 3759 Tamiami Trl E, Naples, FL 34112Employment Type: Full time Goodwill Southwest Florida is seeking a Store Merchandiser to maximize sales by ensuring donated and new merchandise is properly stocked, priced, displayed, and maintained according to company standards. This position is responsible for creating visually appealing displays, supporting inventory accuracy, maintaining signage, and helping create an organized and customer-friendly shopping environment. Key Responsibilities:Create and maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays for donated and new merchandise.Ensure aisles, racks, shelves, and displays are neat, safe, and aligned with company visual standards.Rotate merchandise regularly to keep the sales floor fresh and appealing.Receive and verify inventory shipments and prepare new merchandise for the sales floor.Stock shelves from backroom inventory following First In, First Out (FIFO) standards.Monitor inventory levels and sales trends and communicate inventory discrepancies or concerns to the Store Manager.Partner with the Store Manager to place replenishment orders as needed.Ensure all merchandise is accurately priced, rings correctly at the register, and is supported by clear and accurate shelf tags and signage.Identify and remove damaged, outdated, or unsellable merchandise.Maintain a welcoming and friendly shopping environment and assist customers with product inquiries and general store needs.Communicate effectively with store staff and management.Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications:High school diploma preferred.Prior retail, merchandising, or sales experience preferred.Proficiency using smartphones or tablets for reporting, photo submissions, and inventory-related tasks.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong customer service skills.Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.Ability to lift merchandise weighing up to 40 pounds.Ability to travel occasionally between assigned store locations and within an assigned territory.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
