Store Operations Associate — Cardboard Vault
Cardboard Vault is looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Store Operations Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys trading cards, retail, and fast-paced day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with sales and purchases in-store
- Work the front counter and provide excellent customer service
- Package and ship online orders accurately and efficiently
- Organize inventory, supplies, and store displays
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Help process new inventory and restock products
- Support daily store operations and team tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a retail environment
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated
- Interest or knowledge in trading cards/TCGs is a plus
