Our Store Operations Manager works alongside the team, leads shifts, develops people, keeps the store organized, and helps create the kind of environment where employees understand what needs to be done and take pride in doing it well.Smoothie King is a health and wellness brand, but this role is bigger than making smoothies. You will help shape the guest experience, team culture, daily operations, training, scheduling, ordering, inventory awareness, and accountability systems that keep a small business strong.We are looking for someone who can influence people in the right way.
