Store Associate

As a Store Associate at Eat Clean Bro, you’ll be one of the faces of our brand and an important part of the customer experience. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where you can build valuable skills in sales, hospitality, and retail operations while helping our stores continue to grow.

We’re looking for energetic, motivated team members who enjoy working with people, take pride in creating a great customer experience, and want the opportunity to learn, grow, and build a future with a rapidly expanding company.

What You’ll Do

•           Help create a welcoming, energetic, and memorable experience for every customer

•           Build relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending products, promotions, and sales opportunities

•           Operate the store efficiently, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized environment

•           Process customer purchases and accurately operate the cash register

•           Receive shipments, conduct inventory counts, and communicate low-stock items or discrepancies to management

•           Keep refrigerators, shelves, and displays fully stocked and looking their best throughout every shift

•           Partner with our production team to ensure products are available and replenished on time

•           Maintain accurate inventory and product sell-through

•           Follow all food safety regulations, health guidelines, and company policies

•           Take pride in keeping the store clean, organized, and ready for our customers

Qualifications:

· Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation

· Proven experience handling cash and processing transactions accurately

· Must have availability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays

· Strong ability to address customer concerns in a courteous and professional manner

· Knowledge of food safety standards and general retail operations
