What You'll DoAs a Store Sales Representative, you'll own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores. You'll keep displays sharp, inventory flowing, and customer relationships strong.

Travel between multiple store locations in your territoryExecute plan-o-grams and maintain store displaysStock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levelsPerform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixturesIdentify and resolve in-store issues quicklyBuild strong relationships with store associates and managersComplete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation

This is a hands-on role where you'll stay active, solve problems, and see the results of your work every day.

Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and WindowsWillingness to travel between stores (occasional overnight stays possible)Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbsValid driver's license with acceptable driving record
