Store Service Specialist Location: Los Angeles, CA Level: Salary Division / Department: Sales and Business Development Reporting to position: Director of National Accounts Travel: Frequent - Local About the Role: The Store Service Specialist plays a key role in assuring customer satisfaction and continuous improvement objectives are being met at assigned strategic member store locations. In this role, you’ll assist our members with all in-store support needs including; placing orders, processing claims, planogram merchandising, training on Do it Best programs and other responsibilities as assigned by our members and approved by your immediate Do it Best supervisor. The ideal candidate will be comfortable learning new technologies, have retail experience, possess strong interpersonal communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment.
