They may oversee customer service, store operations, and employee supervision in a friendly, fast-paced team environment.Primary Duties:* Supervise, coach, mentor, train, and support all employees* Generate and maintain accurate required documentation* Address and resolve all customer requests and/or complaints utilizing a positive, creative approach* Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and customers* Champion of MFCP programs and carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures and applicable laws* Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
