We are seeking a Supervisor to lead store teams, support daily operations, and drive sales results.
- Coach teammates, analyze sales trends, and make strategic decisions to maximize performance.
- Oversee merchandise presentation, ensure loss prevention standards, and support visual and operational areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate sales priorities effectively.
- Assist with onboarding and training, and support store leadership and HR initiatives.
Requirements: 18+ years old, high school diploma, 1+ year retail experience, strong communication skills, and availability for full-time hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be comfortable with technology and able to lift up to 25 lbs.
