Responsibilities include managing operations, assisting with hiring and training, coaching associates, executing opening/closing procedures, monitoring sales and labor, maintaining product quality and sanitation, handling customer complaints, and participating in merchandising and catering.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, 2+ years of restaurant or service industry experience (supervisory preferred), and reliable transportation.
