Position purpose: To provide excellent customer service to our customers

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks: (material responsibilities and essentials duties)

• To be friendly, and helpful to all customers consistently

• To greet all customers around you

• To suggest additional items to the customer

• To handle difficult/challenging situations with a high level of professionalism

• To stock and rotate product

• To keep floors clean to prevent slips and falls

• To complete housekeeping tasks, as needed (sweeping, mopping)

The responsibilities and duties are not limited to those mentioned above.  

Qualifications:  

• Able to follow verbal instructions.

• Able to independently evaluate current conditions against standard and perform tasks necessary to bring areas to standard.  

Special Position Requirements:  (Any hazard, risk, security issue or related special conditions which apply to the position, i.e. chemicals used, equipment used, etc.)

Some exposure to cleaning products, (window cleaners, and other chemicals is required.)
